Professional Background
Joe began his professional career with the Coulter Corporation directing production, materials, and supply management. Following a merger with Beckman Industries (now Beckman Coulter), he held the position of Operations Manager. He was responsible for a team of more than 300 people, overseeing the department’s productivity and expense management. In 2007, Joe made a career change into the realm of financial services, applying for and being selected by State Farm into their Agency Candidate program. Looking to expand his practice beyond insurance, he joined New England Securities in 2008 as a financial advisor. In 2013, with an opportunity to further expand his professional growth, Joe moved to MassMutual in a management capacity charged with the goal of creating sales teams while still building his own personal practice. In 2018, Joe joined ABMM Financial. As an independent financial advisor with a focus on retirement planning and Property & Casualty insurance, he is also playing a key role in the company’s expansion in South Florida.

Joe expresses that his greatest accomplishment is family. He and his wife Isabel have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. Joe is a US Naval Sea Cadet Corps Adult Instructor and is a State and NRA licensed firearm and security officer instructor. His current and past affiliations include the Trustee member of the Doral Chamber of Commerce, the West Kendall Hospital Community Business Partners, Coral Gables Chamber Commerce and Latin Builders Association. He is an avid firearm enthusiast and saltwater angler, spending his free time enjoying these sports.
